A lovely static caravan in an elevated position.

With new uPVC doors and windows fitted within the last 2 years, it makes the interior a very light and airy space.

With an open plan living room, with its wraparound sofa adjacent to the corner shelving unit, comprising of cupboards and shelves and a TV point. Central in this unit is an electric fire. A standalone coffee table completes the lounge area.

Leading from the lounge door, is a small, enclosed seating area/balcony.

Alongside the dining room, is the well equipped kitchen. With ample storage and shelving, it also incorporates a small fridge/freezer, a sink/drainer and a 4-hob gas cooker with grill and oven.

A hallway leads to the bedrooms and shower room.

The large shower room also has a WC, basin above a cupboard, a mirrored cabinet and an electric radiator with towel rail.

A second door leads from here to the amin bedroom-a la ensuite.
